I spent over 3,000 on this and it did not work - I started with 6 sessions and was told I needed more - so I spent more. I was silly. I now pay $94 per month for a yoga membership and watch what I eat and I am getting great results. The Zerona experience was the reinforcement of "no shortcut". On a positive note, I did enjoy the rest on the table, but a complete waste of money on the inch loss goal.
