beware of the IPR (interproximal reduction)!! it damages the enamel of teeth to the point that cavities develop. Orthodontics will tell that it is safe, because it will give more regular shape, but you will suffer for therest of
your life with the cavities
I was in my # 20 out of 32 invisaligne when I noticed that the bottom teeth did not follow the right direccion, the the doctor will make a "mid term adjustment" as he mentioned. That will delay my treatment in about 2 months and the 12 aligners already manufactured will have to be discarged. It would have been a standard practice to order only half of the aligners, evaluate the progress, take new impression and then fabricate the rest. It wouldn't happen with traditional braces
