Hi I did above the muscle high profile impants-and I LOVE IT! I was a 36D with some sagging and basically just deflated breasts after nursing. But I still has enough boobs to cover and implant- I have never seen my implants through my skin and they look natural and FULL! I also got high profile implants! AND I LOVE THEM. I went with 640 & 660 so now I'm a DD and not deflated- they look great. If you go under the muscle you will have more support- however you run the run of having tornado breast where the implant it firm but the tip of your breast is still sagging and looks funny like a tornado cone. Or snoopy nose they call it too. feel free to email me w questions i need to post more pics. My dr was Dr Wilson in Scottsdale AZ he did a great job best money SPENT!!!

Thank you. Yes I'm looking for bigger and fuller on the top part well really fuller all over. I do like the bigger fake boob look. I really liked how full I was when I nursed I was a large DD and they were huge are firm I loved it.
