Be glad you found out what type of customer service to expect from this plastic surgeon BEFORE you had your surgery. I know you must be disappointed but all things happen for a reason and it sounds like you were not meant to let this doctor touch you. There are plenty of other reputable surgeons out there who would encourage you to ask questions and be as informed as possible before making such a huge decision as to which surgeon you choose. Good luck with finding the perfect surgeon for you and your situation.

Thank you nena. I wish I could say that the swelling is a thing of the past but I still deal with it daily. If I eat anything salty forget it! I swell instantly. I mean usually before I can even finish eating whatever it is I can feel the swelling and tightness and pain starting. Generally I wake up pretty flat in the mornings but by evening I am swollen, especially if I have been very active that day. My PS says I will probably not see my final result until at least the 6 month mark but that the swelling should be significantly better by 3 months. He said I still have quite a bit of swelling overall. I can only imagine what my belly and back will look like when the swelling is all gone. I can't wait for that. But even if I never got any better than I am today I would still be happy with the outcome. I love the results that much! Congratulations to you on making it to the flat side and happy healing!
