    Hi LaurelC!
    I am checking in as we had our surgery on the same day! June 2nd is the one month mark.I still don't see much improvement and am disappointed with my results and am hoping in time it will get better but honestly I am not that hopeful at all.

    My one month appointment is Tuesday June 5th. I have not taken pictures since two weeks post op. I returned to spinning for the first time this past week and it was sore but it wasnt as bad as I thought. For the money spent I am disappointed and am going to see if my doctor has any other recommendations! I am glad you are doing well and keep updating me : )

    Congrats Laurel on all of your success and for posting the pictures. Your before pictures weren't even bad. I am 5"6 126lbs size 2 and my before was much worse than yours! I have been meaning to post pictures but have not! Tomorrow is my one week from the procedure but I had my one week appointment today. I honestly have not noticed much improvement and my doctor told me the three month mark is when you see true results. I am going back in another month and hoping for some better results! I look forward to hearing about your results!

    I don't recommend being put to sleep, it is not necessary at all and not worth the cost. I am a little down now 5 days after the procedure and not seeing the results yet. I have my follow up on Tuesday and I will talk to the doctor then,

    Hi Megan! Yes I was awake the whole time but the meds they gave me before made me groggy but I remember it all. Today things look the same to me so I guess I have to patient which is hard for me!

    Good luck tomorrow Laurel good wishes headed your way! We will have to touch base and see how it went. For my aqualipo I did not take the pain pill prior to the procedure but I am tomorrow for sure! Thanks for the info on the arnica I will definitely take it! Good luck!
