I went there three years ago and had a face lift at Rosenstock clinic. I have a better result than most of the wealthy women who paid 30 thousand here in California. I only paid 3 thousand.
Being a nurse I can tell you that I am very picky. He did the best job I have seen and no one knows unless I tell them!
Just be careful as infection is a higher risk in a tropical climate. Wash your hands, don't touch your incisions, and bring some wipes with you. You should be fine. Have fun
