Oops sorry posted before completing my sentence. Ok I came across Prof. L Kirwan Laurence Kirwan, MD, FRCS, FACS, Consultant Plastic Surgeon. He practises in the US however he also operates in the UK, Harley street. If am not wrong he charges £5,000 and operates in a hospital in West London. He is currently in the UK for 10 days. Lets keep our ears open and inform one another ...... Who knows we may get a good Ps here in the Uk.

@ Monroe... Ms. Yummy TT is the best tt i have seen. It is the one that sold me to Dr. Yily. I will have a look at Msjittbug...thanks for the info. I understand where you are coming from i have also not seen much of Duran's work. I am in the UK and am hoping to go in September. I still have not thought of accommodation yet. Which is the best place to stay in DR? I will document my journey too so that i can help others. This site has really helped me and i would also like to help others.... we need to keep it going.

@ Monroe, Lol this is crazy mind game, younare not alone.I initially started of with Dr. Salama, but decided not to go with him as he does not combine bbl and tt. I am currently scheduled for surgery on Sept with Dr Jimmerson.... Love his Bbl however I came across Dr. Yily. Wow her tt is on spot. Low thin and not too long and she sculpts the body, however personally I was not impressed so much with her Bbl. At one point I made my mind up to go to Jimmerson for Bbl and a month later to Yily for Tt and lipo. But now here comes Dr. Duran, I think she can give me all.....the big butt I so desire and a perfect tt....I am still awaiting for a quote... I emailed her on Monday.......when are you hoping to get the surgery? Good luck in finding your perfect Dr....we are lucky to have these beautiful lady to help us see each dr work...I honestly appreciate them so much.
