This is really an unfortunate situation that you are in. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Don't let anyone tell you that this is okay. You have to be strong and speak up for what you want. Don't let them tell you to wait it out. You need medical attention, and your surgeon should be providing that for you. I am 12 weeks post op today, and I am quite sure what you are experiencing is not normal. Keep us posted.....we are all here for you!
I had a tummy tuck in 2010.....I used the silicone sheeting religiously and had an ugly scar.
I had the scar revised this past August, and I have worn the micropore tape every minute since (except when changing it). My scar looks great. I am at 11 weeks post op, and I plan on wearing it even longer. Good luck.
