It was a med spa and done by an aesthetician. I don't see much difference on my before and after pictures. I think I actually got more wrinkles around my eyes. No freckels or spots faded. I had to get botox on forehead because it appeared to start deep wrinkles with the so called new collagen. I don't recommend 3 treatments if you are over 40. I think it might help people with oily skin or acne but probably cheaper and more effective stuff out there for that.

I had smart lipo on my double chin and now I have wrinkly, crepe-like lizard waddle. It tightened and slimmed my neck but left some little lump of fat and took too much out in some areas and now I have little empty tracks which cause the lizard waddle. I got a new evaluation for the new issue and they recommend peels and photofacials or even a mini lift. A patient I spoke to at a night of beauty event showed me her smart lipo on her belly and she said she now needed a tummy tuck to get rid of the stretch marks and peels to get rid of the crepe skin. So, it never ends. I think I will just spend my money on beer for anyone who is going to look at my belly and then it will appear better and cost less.

Sorry you were not properly guided to what you needed. I had neck lipo with suction for 2700 dls. I think the suction is crucial and sometimes the neck lift is necessary anyway. At least that is what my ps recommended to touch up with in a few years. Good luck

I had redness for 4 weeks for the first treatment and it went away. Second treatment, redness went away after one week. I used a stronger steroid and lots of mederma. I used sunscreen and hat anytime and avoided the sun like the plague. Drinking, smoking, dryness, makes it worse. Keep skin moist, out of the sun, maybe get prednisone. It gets better.

How are the results now? Did the bumps get better? Did it ever look good?
