Personally, I'm considering the Zerona as a boost to a diet. Hoping to loose more weight and faster than without the Zerona. It's pretty spendy so I sure hope it works! I won't be starting for a few weeks because of scheduling conflicts. So I'm going to start to diet and exercise now so hopefully, I'll be able to really see a big boost two weeks after I start the zerona. : ) Wish me luck!
