Hi, Wishful.(I changed my username)It's me Fl girl. I wanted to ask you something. I am almost at the ten month mark. It's hard to believe that I am still on this sad journey . I have been off all vits,suppls for a month now. I think it may have made a slight difference. My face still deflates at night. The side of my cheek sink in and my eyes look sunken in. I don't get it. I shower at night and look o.k(not normal, but o.k). Around 10pm, if I look in the mirror I see a massive difference in my face. I know you mentioned this happened to you as well. When did it get better for you? I swear, I feel like I will never get my old face back. It's pretty sad. I took some hyaluroinc caps yesterday to try and fill out my cheeks...It's so darn frustrating. My skin texture is awful,too, and I used to have great skin.Did this happen to you? Everything I put on it irritates it. I am now using nothing except eye cream! My left eye has been twitching since Jan. I guess this is a good thing,though,right? I am so mad at how I choose to go down this road and damaged my poor face. I never thought that at ten months I would still be writing on these forums. Anyways, I hope that you and all the women on Real Self are doing wonderfully.xo

Just one more thing... green smoothies daily w/ kale, spinach, ginger..handful of each. Think this is ok?

The "pinching and rolling" technique.. It's pretty hard to do that, right? How do you pinch your muscles ? I can only get skin in my fingers...
