if you use one wrap a month after you reach your desired results that should keep the toxins from building back up into your fat cells. I personally have used it twice and haven't gained back any size so far. You really need to make sure you exercise and eat healthy to maintain your size too. It's releasing toxins built up in your body, drinking the water helps flush out the toxins. If you don't drink the water you will waste your money on the wraps. It's no different than going to get a massage and them telling you to drink plenty of water for the next 24hrs, they tell you that bc the massage has released toxins in your body that need to be flushed out and without the proper amount of water your body can't flush them out. It's possible you could feel bad if you don't drink water, all depends on you and your body. So, don't use the wrap unless your gonna drink the water. If you don't like drinking plain water, they have all kinds of things you can use to flavor your water. You need to drink half your weight in ounces daily for 72hrs when doing the wrap. I am a consumer of it works not a distributor.
