Follow up.........I played ine holes at 8 weeks and it felt great! No soreness or swelling at all. Took. Swing or two at 6-7 weeks and it still felt a little too soon. For me, 8 weeks was perfect!
Follow up.....I Nita couple balls at six weeks and feel too tight to really play. Went out at eight weeks and felt great! Played nine with absolutely no problem or soreness.
I am exactly one week ahead of you and feeling pretty good. VERY tired and not sleeping great, sore but nothing too bad. I also had the worst headache of my life, starting the night of my surgery day. The nurses gave me ice packs for behind my neck and it also helped to put them on my forehead. Still had it the next day and asked for a Diet Coke with caffeine which finally seemed to give me relief. The next day I took Excedrin Migraine which is loaded with caffeine, and although it spaced me out, it took control of the headache. I also was nauseas the first night and felt better after I vomited. Honestly, the breast pain wasn't nearly as bad as the headache! Hang in there. This was major surgery with a long time under anesthesia and it will take a few weeks to get it all out of your system. Great that you have a wonderful hubby to help! I do too and I count my lucky stars!
