I Youtube a lot of information but after my process and surgery I realized that everyone must be different. aaia'm being totally honest with you when I say that I did not feel the pain that everyone else claim they went through. I got home and was out of it because of the meds. I climbed up my 12 steps to go into my bed room and went into the bed and was knocked out until about 3 in the morning. The next day my husband fixed me something to eat, I didn't eat all of it but I did eat. Truthfully, I believe that I could have went back to work after day 3. I stopped the pain pills after my 2nd day I think. I wasn't bent over like a lot of people said they were. I was walking straight after day 2 I would say. When you are sitting down for a long time you will feel sore. I still get that way now and I'm a little over 9 weeks. Its not a painful sore just sore like you was exercising. Only advice is intake a lot of Protein. Like shakes or peanut butter. It really helps on the healing process. I drinked a lot of shakes months before the surgery and I also did a lot of walking and I think that helped. On day 6 of my surgery I got my drains out and me and my kids walked the trail for about 4 miles. You will do just fine.

Thank you soooo much. :-) The funny thing is, I didn't went through a lot of pain and discomfort, and I had a lipo of the full ab as well as a mini tuck. I was walking the trails at day 6 with my boys. I stop taking the pain meds at day 3. I prepared myself before the surgery by taking in a lot of protein. It suppose to help with the healing process. I was intaking at least 80 g of Protein a day. But I'm not sore at all. Well sitting down for a long time and getting up I feel really tight. But so far so good. Thank you again.

Thank you that actually meant alot because I'm really not feeling the side view at all. But I have been told to just be patient. The incision area is really hard and swollen so hopefully it softens up and get flatter. Lol. Thank you
