Hm. I agree with the best doctors are here in the states (MIA) but if I had to choose it'll be Yily or Cabral. I would go with Cabral because Yily's work IMO is only good if you had a shape beforehand. Also there's a doctor named Bello who gave someone I know perfect projection. She's lowkey and now a bandwagon doctor like Duran or Yily.

Lots of green smoothies and take an iron supplement (with Vit C) from now til surgery. I took Nature Made's 65mg supplement.

I had drains and the doctor took mine out 2 days post op and my scars aren't bad at all.

You won't need the scar fx until after your incisions have completely healed which will be 1 month post op. I would also invest in VitaMedica surgery kit. I got mine for $80 off DermStore. It will help you a lot.
