I got my Invisalign yesterday. The first day all was good. But today I feel the lower aligner's edge too sharp and hurting my tongue and chick from inside. I started getting a headache.
Also the dentist told me that he has to file my teeth next visit because he needs more space between the teeth. Any suggestions? I am not comfortable doing this as I think it is going to make my teeth more sensitive and unhealthy. Any thoughts and experience, please?
What solution is recommended for cleaning? I' do not any infection in my mouth.

I was also told that after the treatment because of the triangle shape of the front teeth I'll end up with holes on both sides.
Did anybody have this experience and what was the solution?
He offered either filing the teeth, which I am afraid that is not very healthy for the teeth or for $2000 put veneers.
Any comments?

I finally put my deposit and decided to go for it with an Elite dentist not an orthodontist. However I still have questions.
The orthodontist was saying that I will need some elastics during the second year but the dentist said that he doesn't use elastics. He uses some kind of little bonded aestetic attachments. Could you share experience if you have any with these 2 options and if someone has more info on how it works and which one is better and why? Advantages and disadvantages.

I booked one more appointment for a second opinion with an orthodontist this time not with DD. I'll let you know how it go. I know people say $2000 may be worth but I'm not sure if there is a huge difference in the work done. If it is all computerized the only or I should say the only big problem should be if there are some complications. But I guess in cases like this the general dentist will get a professional opinion from the orthodontist.
At least I was told that he wil work until gets the result.
