I know....I workout with my fiance too and I cant stand not being able to squat - hah. I just did the exercises I listed above 5 sets of 12...it wiped me out though because it has been a month of not working out. Trying to be patient :)
I definitely did and still do I'm three weeks postop in my left breast is still more tender. I worked out today for the first time ....could only do machines like the leg extension leg curl, leg press, and cable kickbacks. I really wanted to squat but I was nervous putting weight on my back.
I'm the same way ....it's only been three weeks but my doctor said I could work out. I'm going to start just lifting legs and rest my upper body for at least two months.
