I believe the fee is now included in the package. However, I purchased the package before that. I just wished that when i called and asked if my total is paid they would have spoken up and mentioned it. Instead of me finding out in the office. What if I did not have the money because it wasnt in my budget? They just need to be more considerate a lot of women have been saving for months for this.
