It's most likely fat. I have the same thing and they told me to have LIPO. I thought I would be super Flat after but have a ledge just above my scar. The PS said it's fat. LIPO is the way not another TT.

I also have the bulge or ledge just above my scar. My SP told me it was fat. He said I could remove it with Lipo. Iam somewhat not happy because I asked if I needed to have fat removed before the TT. He said I didn't need it. It's like they moved the fat from the top to my bottom. I just had my TT April 1st. Iam going to try to work out and hope it goes away.

I had mine April 1st. Each day does get better. Iam back at work and hating the tight bands. My SP didn't use the drains. I had little swelling and not much fluid build up. The back pain will go away in about a week when you start to stand up straight. I do get tired after a long day at work. But just think how nice you will look in the new summer clothes.
