Thank you for the great advice! I'm actually sticking with saline just for peace of mind. As for the botched job, I used these surgeons on another cosmetic procedure that turned out to be amazing. I assumed they would be able to do an amazing job with the breast augmentation.

I have a consultation with Dr. Spies on the 25th of this month in Scottsdale. Revision from a botched breast augmentation. I want 725-800, currently 389 and 390, small d, big cc. I am under the muscle, do you think 800 would be ok since they look smaller under? I like the natural appearance under the muscle and the fact I can detect breast cancer easier. Any advice greatly appreciated. I want then to look normal this time, my friend owns so Scottsdale magazine, the surgeon advertising is the head of surgery at the Scottsdale hospital, but he's booked until June for consults; also there's something in my heart that tells me that going with him is not a wise choice.
