I'm sorry you felt attacked for your post, the Admin has been doing this for quite a while and has seen it all, she's just trying to stop issues before they start. I had two huge open spots of my own by just going back to my desk job too early, not even using my arms much. Move, work, do what you're doc says to do. All we can do is offer help based on what's happened with others so many times. We love ya! Glad your healing's going well.
