Hi Maria! Very nice of you to ask.
Yes I am still in pain... It is like having a medium level sunburn. I hope it passes soon!
The skin is not damaged and there is no discoloration... aside from some light redness on the procedure, there has been no changes to the skin itself.
You may have to tell your husband as it'll be hard not to notice if you're in a week of pain unless you can convince him you have a week of really bad cramps or something. :-)
All the other reviews suggest that most the aftereffects pass after about 2 weeks... 4 more days til the 2 week mark and each day seems to feel a little bit better.
I know that it's different for everyone depending on the placement of the applicator, but for myself the redness was gone within an hour and you couldn't even tell I had anything done. You will definitely be able to drive yourself. The hardest part seems to be the first week after - I am very much wishing I bothered my doctor for a neurotin script. The other night I had a dream I was in a room full of swarming wasps, LOL. It's bearable, just uncomfortable.
