Hi Begemot On the upper arch, I had one of the central incisors filed down to make it the same length as the other. On the bottom arch, I had some bonding put on a worn tooth to build it up to the same height as the ones beside it. It had nothing to do with Invisalign. Just my own dentist tidying things up for me. I know they can't file too much off a tooth but it's worth asking about. Putting some bonding on the shorter tooth to make it longer, might be an option.

Best of luck with your treatment Michelle! I'm nearing the end of mine and I'm really happy I did it. I'm moving on to my refinement treatment now and had the impressions today. Just a few tweaks to get better symmetry on the upper arch. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Keeping posting and updating your pics!

Hi Dave, your teeth are looking great! I see you're on a fairly lengthy refinement treatment but even if you stopped now, I would still say you have lovely teeth! Fair play to you for sticking with it. I'm about to start my refinement. I'm hoping it won't be that long. I had the impressions done today. It's really just to expand on one side to get better symmetry. I had a 'mid course correction' too which added 21 trays, so I understand how you felt when you heard about the long refinement!

Wow! Huge movement your lateral incisors! Your teeth will look great when they're done. I'm almost finished my treatment. Just a little tidying up to do with refinement. I'm glad I stuck with it. Good luck with yours!

Best of luck with your treatment! I'm nearing the end of mine and I think it has been worth it. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. One tip I do have for cleaning the aligners, is Milton Fluid. I'm not sure if you have that in the US but it's the sterilising liquid used for cleaning baby bottles! My dentist recommended it. It works a treat. Every few days, I would pop my aligners in a glass of cold water with a capful of Milton and soak them while I'm having my dinner. Good luck!
