i totally agree with your statement. surgeons are always pushing lipo bcus they say it's permanent so better investment... bs. i diet, exercise, use my trainer when needed for strength training exercises and i do bi weekly accent xl sessions on abs, flanks, obliques, and just started my under upper arm area. i feel fit, lean, long & my skin is nice & tight:). couldnt ask for much more.
p.s. don't do the exilis- stay far, far away!!! i did a series of exilis sessions for ~2-4 months & at first, i saw great results (similar to the accent xl treatments). that is until the day my supposed "nurse" told me to 'just relax honey & take a lil nap (during the treatment).' i awoke with a painful, scorching burned abdomen that took almost an entire year to heal the abrasions left behind... and (miraculously!) reverse the hypopigmented white colored lined streaks the exilis laser had seared into me. never again, true, it was more of the nurses fault than the machine itself.... but now i have a nurse who makes me tell her every 10 seconds the level of heat i feel on a scale from 1-3. and she refuses to chit chat with me during the actual proccedure time. i like her a lot- safety first always!!!!
Yes, I just had my upper arms done for 1st time after seeing such awesome results doing 8 treatments on my stomach & love handles (lost 4-5inches). No side effects during all those treatments but since my 1st session for tightening up the hardly anything to truly complain about under upper arm fatty area... Oh my goodness I am very surprised at the muscle fatigue & overall tiredness/weakness I woke up feeling in same treated area of upper arms. I like it bcus it's similar to how my arms feel after an intense upper body focused strength training session & I can feel the muscle almost like its still burning up stored fat & calories. But yeah Accent XL really works well with my body type (tall & lean- 5'10.5" ~140-145lbs, 34-26-36, F). My waist & stomach look best they ever have (really & I am 29 & used to model & dance ballet- not anymore yet tighter & more toned now).

I just had juvederm injected into my "tear troughs" and dispite the small bruising under each eye- which is fading away now after four days- and my face looks more youthful, I don't have the tired, eyes sunken in and then that dark eyed look bcus of the contouring & less dramatic shadowing created between that curvature from the very inner eye corner that kind of slopes down & out with the downward fall/slant/sloping of the same inner side of the nose. Gosh it's hard to explain- I'm not a doctor but point is the filler smoothed out not just some of those little fine under eye lines... BUT it decreased that light to dark contrast from where light hits your nose to where the more hollowed in (or even sunken) under eye area appears more dark since it has the lesser prominence & further back in depth, does that make any sense to someone out there? Anyhow, dark eyes no more as before and my face overall looks more symmetrical & just naturally happy & healthy:))
