@Wbailey how much fat went away? Did it go away 3 months after? Oh no... I mean everyone is different and some people absorb more than others. I hear that some peoples' fat stays and some peoples' fat disappears.

@enjoyself I went to Dr. Matlock in Beverly Hills. I did not have drains and I did not have marks above the butt. In my line of profession I cannot have marks above my butt or people will know that I got this surgery. Dr. Matlock only put 2 incisions underneath my butt cheeks in the folds so no one can tell. Also I've been inquiring about the drains and there is no need for drains unless you're having a major tummy surgery. That's what I've heard from several doctors I've asked. I like Dr. Salama's work but the drains the incision marks above the butt are not appealing if you're an actress, model, or a personality in the media. Dr. Matlock has mainly celebrity clients so maybe that's why he only makes 2 incision marks in the folds of the cheeks. I wonder if Dr. Salama will do incision marks under the butt cheeks? I like his work but those incision marks, like I said before, are dead give-aways at the BBL surgery. When you're in the media the paparazzi takes photos and zooms in and most people do not want scars showing. I do not have any scars from Dr. Matlock and that was the most appealing thing about getting work done by him. I wonder if the incision marks on the top of your butt make it easier to put fat on top? My butt looks good, it measures around 41 inches but I'm thinking of a 2nd BBL... Dr. Salama is cheaper but it he has to make incisions on the top... then I don't know about that.

I am not sure if you replied to one of my questions but I don't see it on here. Why did Dr. Salama make incisions at the top of your butt. There are 2 I see. Was that for injecting fat? If so, how are the scars there now? On your skin is it noticeable?
That's one of the things that is keeping me from seeing Dr. Salama because my skin scars easily. I want BBL done a second time but my first doctor did not make incisions on the top of my butt.
