you have to make a decision based on your own feelings and experience..I have really good results..I'm 5'8 165 now.. I'm going to post pictures tomorrow.. nothing is 100% there is always a risk.. I am considering a round 2,but I knew going in,there was going to be a strong possibility of that.

yes it has great compression,and its very smoothing.. there are only a few draw backs for me... its hard to put on at first.. it took me a few days to master it...and the straps are narrow,but they are super strong.. So I use some foam under the straps, so it don't cut me..
