He sculpts and aims for a heart shape. I literally had flat board. Not any more. He doesnt insert drains, at all. After a week, he will extract excess liquid that accumulates right above the buttocks, by the lower part of the spine. He numbs it first and then uses a syringe. I didnt feel a thing.
