Keep your garment that he gave u on for 23 hours and only take it off for an hour. Get you a squeem vest and 3 lipofoams and you will see a difference. You are very swollen. I looked similar. The first two weeks but now I'm fine as wine. ~MARCH 26TH, 2013~ #VET
