I'm so sorry to hear what several of you are going through. It is now about 3 1/2 months since I had my injections, and I am about 85% back to "normal" (which was not fabulous, considering what I had the injections done for in the first place - migraines!). The head muscle fatigue went away in about 3-4 weeks and I was able to hold my head back up on my own. The worst part of the back of the head burning, searing, fire-like pain went away at about the 2 month mark. At about the 3 month mark, I had some tingling pain as I could feel the Botox starting to wear off. All is really fairly back to normal now except that I still can't really bend my head backwards, as if to sit down and do yardwork. It's hard to explain why. Combination of head exhaustion and a small bit of pain. I'm hoping it's the last little bit of residual Botox that still needs to wear off; I need it to as I miss doing yardwork! Best of luck to you all. I'm sure that Botox can be helpful to some people, but my Primary Care Physician actually decided to put it on my chart as an "allergy," so that it will never be administered to be again.
