You need to post some pictures girl. Do it in a bikini top or something. I want to see how much they dropped. You usually really can't tell that they dropped or not because you look at them everyday. I good pointer to know if they dropped or not is usually after they drop, instead of looking more on the square side, they should look completely round! They look square at first because the muscle is compressing them to the chest wall and once your muscle starts to heal, it will start contracting and the implant will drop. You should post some pictures with you in a bikini top and ask a dr. on here if they dropped if you feel like your unsure. You will get a response back.
I think it may loren as far as the scars. It might take some time though. It'll probably get lighter over the years. Mine looks better already compared to the pics above. I didn't go through the areola because I thought that under wouldn't hurt as bad. I had a good experience with the pain. Didn't hurt as bad as I thought. Not only that, I didn't want to mess with the nipples. That always freaked me out thinking that the dr. will mess up and not put them in the right place :O As far as advice, don't read stuff online. That will just freak you out and make your worry. If you want an idea of what your breast would look like, don't pick a pic of someone that you likes breast. Everyone is different. Instead, take a pic of your breast from the front and side view and search online the amount of cc's you want and type in the type you getting...example, 375cc's Mentor silicone implants. And once all the pics come up, you will search in images too by the way..look for breast that is similar to yours on a before pic and look to see what that persons came out looking like after. You will resemble that. That is the best way to do it. I done that and I find that my result was really close.
