Sweetheart i never had any "pipe dreams". this little thing we haveing is because your disrespectful and you want to bash everyone and tell them that they need to lose weight and take pills. The whole point of that message was to compliment you and ask you who your doctor was since you didnt want to say it in your post.( YOUR REPLY) was wrong.PERIOD.
