Thank you for the response! I tried to add a picture with this question but it didnt post.. the scar is thin but around my areola, although thin, is jagged and just looks very unnatural.
You should have him give you a creasant lift. It will raise the position of your nipple and give you about an inch of a lift. But the scar wont be any bigger than one you would get from getting implants put in but instead the scar will be at the top of your areola rather than the bottom.
K your horizontal scar is tiny! I dont know why your freaking out and bashing this surgeons name. Your results look a lot better than a lot that I have seen. I definatly think your being a little dramatic here..
I'm sure if you tell your plastic surgeon how disatisfied you are with your breast fold scars he will make an effort to make you satisfied. All he needs to do is stitch the pocket of your implants and inch higher and the scars will be perfectly under the breast fold. I had a friend who had the same problem, her breasts just bottomed out too much. She just had to have one more surgery and now they look amazing. Your nipples look perfectly round which is pretty rare and desired so just let him know how you feel and I think he could easily fix it for you.
