@optimistic I actually got my waist clincher from Macy's. It can be hard to find a waist clincher online because you cant try it on and your body is so much different for me I needed a waist clincher that was low in the front but high on the sides. I needed to get rid of the fluid I was carrying in my lower stomach I didnt want a clicher that sat to low on my hips and it seem like a goose hunt trying to find one that fit just right. I would suggest going into a store and trying different ones on. The one's online are very good but can be a challenge. I had to send two back before I gave up and went into a store. Goodluck
