I was a small flat deflated D before surgery LOL!! Now I am a perky full C possible D depending on the bra. I am still in a sports bra so I am not sure of the exact size but it will always vary anyway depending on who makes the bra. They say you go down a half to full cup size but I dont think I did.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery!! I used the boppy pillow a little bit but not much. The way Dr. P injects the fat (or atleast the way he injected it in me) I didn't have any discomfort sitting on my butt and I have sat on it since day 1. He put it under the muscle so you dont have to be afraid to sit like a lot of ladies are advised. I will say make sure you get a boppy because you will need it at first but wont use it probably after a week. Actually I did use mine after a week but moreso for my back while riding in the car. I sat it around my waist so my back would be comfortable against the seat back if that makes sense.

Its amazing how much fat someone can take from you, I had almost 6 liters (which included the fluid they pump in you). Dr. Campos is an GREAT Dr, that was my first choice but he was booked up. You are in good hands w/ Campos trust me. Im not discouraging you to go w/ Pantoja but I wouldn't be honest if I didn't say I think when it boils down to it Campos is my FAV Dr in MX.
