I didn't have any leakage. We did discuss this possibility at the consultation though. We talked about what the procedure would be in a perfect situation and what he would do if he encountered any leakage or scarring etc. Luckily I didn't have any problems whatsoever. He has done a lot of "fixes" from other surgeons and has a great portfolio of before and after pictures. He will go through and give you a pretty good idea of what type of results to expect given your current size, amount of skin etc. He actually showed me photographs of some patients who were similar in size and their results. He was pretty close. Of course no results can be guaranteed but I was overjoyed at my results. Dr. Vath was absolutely wonderful. His work is amazing. His surgery "center" is connected to his office so everything is so convenient. It feels more like a day spa than a doctor's office. Dr. Vath does incredible work and I am confident that you will be more than pleased with the result.
