Yes, I'm still in my compression bra, however it's not really that tight. It's more comfortable than any of the other bras I've tried. I'm supposed to be wearing it until I'm told otherwise. Hopefully when I meet with my surgeon next week I will ask him about bras, masssaging, and if there's anything that I am doing that could be delaying my dropping process. I know it can take 3 months or more so I should be patient but I feel like after only 8 days, I have come a LONG way so I expect to keep seeing changes every morning..
I had some numbness the first few days, but I think part of that was just because my skin was stretched so much. I have full feeling everywhere now. And my nipples aren't always erect, they just feel majorly bruised (areola and all) and pushing against a bra just irritates them. I thought maybe since I use my right arm more then that was why my right side is slower to drop, hmm..? I haven't been told to massage either but I rub here and there when it feels really stiff. My boobs are feeling really hard and like "encapsulated" but I'm pretty sure I am PMSing so maybe that explains it. I can also lay on my stomach for a few minutes at a time, but then roll over to my side to sleep. Can you sleep on your side yet?
