Is you PS charging you for the lipo? I'm 26 days p.o. and my hips seem bigger than ever. I asked my PS about lipo there before my surgery and he didn't think I needed it. I have a pre-op appt. tuesday and will express this concern but I sure don't want to have to shell out any more $$.

my drains were at the ends of my incision. I'm 3 weeks post op....very swollen. mornings are good, but by now, i feel like the from willy wonka that needs to be "juiced." from what i hear the worst of the swelling is weeks 3-5...

A TT is a serious surgery. I too was naive and didn't think it was a big deal. But complications happen and it's a long uncomfortable recovery. I think it's more important to find a surgeon you are comfortable with and trust, and not worry so much about the price.

My PS didn't do lipo either. Well he did to my mons pubis, but not to flanks or anything. He said to wait 3-6 months for swelling to subside and see how everything looks.

ugh, i couldn't even imagine shopping yet. i can't button my pre-op pants yet (size 0) because of the swelling
