Just thought I would tell you, you look amazing!! No kidding, great results! Follow your surgeons instructions... Don't fixate on why you see as the flaws 'we are all our own worst critic'... If you look at your before and after pics you truly look like a 'hot sexy babe' :)

I'm not very 'regular' normally, so throw in major surgery and narcotic drugs... Wasn't pretty. I was told to take SenokotS (there are different kinds but you need to take this one specifically) Supposedly (told to me by surgical nurse during pre-op) that it has an ingredient/medicine to help with constipation specifically after surgery. I took two a day in the evening. The first BM still was like giving birth.. Not kidding;) I actually drank a Starbucks coffee as it seems to work as a diuretic for me...also try walking as much as possible.

Well I would agree with your surgeon ( I dont have any medical background though.. Just my opinion) the extended is TT would just extend the incision further around the back, it doesnt look like you have a lot of excess skin, fat that would require that. I think you will be very happy with the 'standard tummytuck' again just my opinion. As for lipo I didn't get much done as my surgeon didn't think it was required, now as I'm a couple of weeks PO I cn see where I would like some lipo, but I'm okay with going back another time, as adding lipo to the TT has more risk with complications and longer recovery and as I am reading more painful. I have had lipo about 10 years ago, so I can only imagine the techniques are that much better now. I know there is so much to think about, I would put your trust in your surgeon as they specialize in aesthetic surgery and they have a vested interest in making sure they give you the best outcome based on your body. ( my biggest fear was that my incision would be too high and quite honestly I wish it was a bit lower, but I don't think he could of made it any lower without making it in my leg creases.. Lol. I haven't posted pics yet because I can't download from iPhone or iPad.. But I will when I get my computer up and running:).... Good luck but (easier said than done) don't worry so much, and have faith in your surgeon... But make sure you indicate where you would like your incision ;)
