My nose also looked piggish with my cast on and about a month after but now I absolutely love it!

I couldn't blow my nose, and I'm sure you gals also can't-- this adds to the diminished airflow and the stuffiness. I bought a nasal spray and that REALLY helped me.

elfgirl, I'm still noticing some asymmetry with my nostrils-- particularly with my right nostril. I read that all the post op swelling will magnify any imperfections, including slight asymmetries. I went back to my pre-op pictures last week and I definitely noticed some asymmetry in my nostrils to begin with! I was shocked, I guess I never really noticed before my surgery. I see it improving everyday and hopefully it'll become more unnoticeable as time goes on.

Is your cast off? I had difficulties breathing with my cast! It was truly frustrating.
