I just started running and I am really swollen in my upper abs....Did this happen to you as well?

I just read your entire journey and it made my abs hurt because I was laughing.....OMG I need to declare an eating and excersise regimen myself...IDK who the hell I think I am, but now that I can't excersise, Im eating like an obese person....

I used to grab my fat roll and pull it up in the mirror to see what it would look like after surgery....lol....
