I had smart lipo on the abdomen, flanks and under the chin 3 days ago under general anesthia. The physician I used was a plastic surgeon and would not consider doing any type of lipo under local. I am still very sore today and wearing a chin strap and compression garment. My areas were not big at all, so I am curious as to what I will see when I remove the garment on Tuesday. So far, definately more than I expected, but no pain, no gain. Will let you know more on Tuesday!
