    I am 5'9 145 lbs. I got 550 cc saline implants under the muscle in Aug. I was an A/B 34 bra size before. I am now a 36 C - 34 D cup now and i love them. I was struggling with the size too. My PS suggested going for the larger size or I may regret it. He was right. I am glad I went for the bigger ones. Being under the muscle they are compressed so the extra 50 CC don't make a difference at all. Good luck with your surgery. Also keep in mind that 500 -550 CC implants are big ones so your recovery is a bit more difficult - at least that is what I found. It took a bit longer to bounce back. Cheers!

    Im 31, 5 foot 9 and 145 pounds I had 34 A before surgery. I got 550 cc saline implants under the muscle. I am 3 months post op and I measure 34 D. I love them!

    I am 31, I am 5 foot 9 and 145 pounds. I got 550 cc under the muscle saline implants 3 months ago. They are moderate profile, so they are wider and super natural looking. They measure out to a D cup. I love them! I struggled with size for a long time. Trust what you PS sais and go with the larger size out of the last 2 when it is decision time. You will not regret it.

    I paid $6500 for 550 cc saline implants under the muscle at Dr Jugenberg's office in Toronto, ON. The staff was AMAZING! They also pay for one of you r hotel nights after surgery in the Fairmount Hotel - the same building their clinic is in.

    I found it made my guy and I tighter because he was there with me through the surgery and recovery. It has made our sex life super sexy and I feel more like a sexy woman than a dress up doll. However, whenever we fight he jumps to the boobs accusation right away. "you got boobs so you could get more attention" "Those things changed you" It made an already insecure man even more insecure. I am certain that if we break up he will blame the boobs.
