I'll be at seven weeks on Monday and when i look in the mirror, I don't see FLAT. It upsets me and I try not to think, "what was the point", but I do. I'm trying to stick it out. You are not alone.
I think the ball is just an easy safe way to flatten the scar... Its strange, but working. Im super anal about all of it now- I want a pretty belly! Lol!
I have the blessing of a lot of time so I space, everything over four hour spans. i've been using the silly sheets for @ two weeks; I like them because my incision is still sensitive to other fabrics rubbing on it....seems to cover and heal. The Bio-oil, well, we shall see. The palmers with the Dermacil works great for the tightness I feel afterbeing bound all day and night. I also do something weird but I THINK its working...using a soft rubber ball, I gently roll it over the scar....i know, I know....lol
