    From what I've found out double specialisation in both is uncommon here in SA. Facial plastic surgery as a separate speciality doesn't seem to exist here either, but often ENT's and Plastic surgeons work together so that might be your best bet.

    From what I have seen on this site your chosen doc does very nice work. I must say I am envious of how easy it is to find info online about American surgeons. Here in SA there are strict rules as to how much a doc can advertise, so there is not much info online, and generally they don't post any pics on their sites (I think they are not allowed to). And of course there is no local version of Realself to provide unbiased feedback!

    I waited a few months for my first rhino date - which got cancelled, and I have now tentatively booked for September with a different surgeon. I also find myself going back and forth over whether I should really do this. I was totally psyched up for the first date, but now I feel uncertain again.

    Just saw your before & after pics - they look really great. I think your surgeon did a really good job - nicely contoured and still looks natural.

    I'm ok thanks. Just really pissed off because I wanted to get the rhino and lipo done close together so as to only take leave from work once. Now that plan is wrecked. I booked in May.
