I really knew I wanted large ds/dds but I wanted more to look even for my height and size. I really really wanted to have perfect bikini boobs, no padded bras and most of all to wear a top without a bra and have great breasts. Especially tank tops :) I do sometimes wish they were bigger cause they look smaller in clothes but in a bra, but look huge topless, in a tank, sundresses etc. I am now to big for all of my bikini tops lol I think overall as they are dropping and fluffing that I choose a good size. I am glad I didn't go any bigger cause I wouldn't be able to do what I do at work. Wishing u the best- keep me posted :)

Hey girly- it really depends on so many factors on what size will look best. The dr will recommend a good size, and it also depends on what u have to begin with. 650 will probably get u pretty huge boobs. I am a mom of 4, 28yrs old, 5'7, 155lbs and just got 575s. I went from a 34 deflated b to 36DD. I can't imagine going bigger myself. But if that's what u want then go for it! I definitely understand y u r doing this and it's worth every pain and dollar! They will look perfect! Bikinis are amazing with implants. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner :)
