Hello darkandlovely, well I am 10 days post op and I did not have a BR but I did have TT/lipo, as far as your preparation I say just make sure you either have a recliner or some good pillows, im my case my PS did not use drains, so I really did not have all of that in the way, I have been taking showers on my own since day 3 after the surgery, of course I really had not help, so I had no choice, I would recommend you get some loose clothing to wear and maybe a few of the compression garments so you are able to have clean ones on hand, I cut all of the crouches out of mine so I didnt have to pull them up and down, I just wear underwear over them. You should be good, I hardly had any pain, biggest pain was getting out of bed, but by PO day 4 I had no choice, good luck with everything

Hello Kateyj as far as cleaning the wounds, I was told by my PS to just use antibacterial soap and that was it, I told him I put peroxide on my BB and he was like NO do not do that, I am 10days PO and my BB looks infected, byt the PS swears it isn't, my TT was different from yours though, my PS did not use drains so it was a lot easier, to be on the safe side just ask your PS what you should use, sometimes those products end up killing good bacteria that helps in the healing.....Good luck though!

Well today makes 7 days since my TT/lipo. I am up moving arond taking showers all by myself, I feel as thought the worst time is when I get up in the morning, I am stiff, but after I get up i'm fine. My PS did my surgery without drains, so I am good, I have seen him 2 times and he says I am healing up so fine, I barely have any swelling and am walking almost straight up, I do not regret the surgery, everyday I wake up it looks better. I will post pictures soon.

Im doing well took my first shower today and I feel great. I am glad to hear u are doing well, I do not have a whole lot of pain and am able to stand straight it still sucks raising out of bed but I know in a few days I'll be good. I do not have much of an appetite but I am sure I'll get it back soon. Anyways take care of yourself and let me know how u r doing. Good luck

I can't believe the 15th is tomorrow..I'm nervous, excited, and scared....I know I will be good, but I am not looking forward to the pain..Good luck everyone!
