I live in San Diego where there are a lot of military bases, and it's quite common for members of the military to get a lipo procedure to help them make tape. It's always surprising to me when I meet someone who can't "make tape", usually it's someone who appears to have a fit build. I understand keeping our service members in good fit condition, but it seems overly strict.

There's a San Diego office that has a before/after page of their military patients who have had lipo. Most of the photos are labelled with how long after the procedure the picture was taken and some also include what the inch/weight loss was.
