Orbit Massager. I really don't know if that helped but I did do it along with the treatments. Try to get active and eat right too. I am 57 yrs old so it probably took me longer to heal. I want to say it was about 6 months before I felt like I was there. I look tons better in my clothes!

I am very happy with the results. Slowly the hardness went away. I used a roller ball type massager on my stomach a few times a day. But honestly just have patience - it takes time and I hope you will be happy too. I have no regrets.

Thanks for the comment, yes mine is finally going away too. I am close to 2 months now and most of the hardness is gone too. Doing very well but I don't think a bikini is in my future. I bought one of those roller ball massagers and used it twice a day. I believe it really helped.

I have an indentation between my upper and lower abs that bothers me. I went thru tons of photos here and have not seen anyone else with that.

I am watching my diet and start back exercising tomorrow for the first time. I feel fine except for the hardness in my tummy, I can't wait for that to go away.
