Hi! No, I don't miss the implant or look weird without it. I just look how I used to look...except I have a tiny bit of scar tissue, I think. If you aren't happy with it, maybe you should just remove it instead of going back and forth for years and years as it settles. I just feel better about the natural angles of my face. I don't care about trying to be perfect anymore. Good luck!

My implant was pretty small. No, I don't notice any ptosis. The only thing right now is a little scar tissue pad or something when I curl my bottom lip over my bottom teeth. I think it may continue to dissolve/minimize. At first, I thought I would have ptosis because my skin looked a little 'loose' in that area. I wore my face support, though, and it seems to have healed up back to normal. I don't know what kind of implant you have, but mine was just silicone. Some are a little harder to get out. Good luck if you decide to do it.
