Hello Barbie! I believe I was a 32 a but I was literally flat I had barely any tissue to start with now I am a 34 DD. I am 5'5" and currently 100 lb at the time of my surgery however I was 110. This technique reduces the pressure placed on the underlying tissue and reduces the risk of contamination".
